The program was easy to follow, allowed for great education, and gave me the structure for a sustainable lifestyle change to improve my overall health. I also liked the accountability aspect which helped until I got into a routine. After cutting weight and getting more tone by incorporating consistent strength training, my goals were achieved but I couldn’t have done it without the professional guidance from Illa.
