The experience at this nursing home has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The staff is often difficult to reach, and when we do get through, the care provided seems rushed and inadequate. My loved one was left unattended on several occasions, and the facility itself is in desperate need of maintenance. We regret choosing this place and have already started looking for better options.
