My daughter and I have been working with My clear step for three months and have been amazed with her professionalism, gentleness and ability to work around all the challenges that my teenager was dealing with. They have helped her to have a healthy understanding and relationship with food and learn what types of food she needs to fuel her growing body and physical demands of her sport as well.
