I am disappointed with my experience with Premier Home Solutions. While their initial consultation was promising, the project did not go as smoothly as anticipated. There were delays that were not communicated effectively, and the final result fell short of the agreed-upon plan. Despite several attempts to address the issues with their team, the responses were slow and did not resolve the problems satisfactorily. Additionally, some of the work quality was not up to the standard I was expecting. I hope they improve their communication and project management processes for future clients.
